Can Knox County Elections be rigged?

So, the question has come up, "can an election be rigged in Knox County?" The short answer is no. For a number of reasons. So tonight I want to give everyone a little insight into some of the protective measures that Cliff Rogers (the head administrator of Elections) and the Board of Elections have to ensure no voter fraud will occur.
Cliff Rogers has been at the vanguard of open and transparent government. Most notably his pioneering of an "embedded independent journalist observer" on election night. Each election, Cliff Rogers, allows reporters full access and observation of the entire election process.
So let me explain how that works. When I have had the privilege of being an independent journalist observer, this is how my day went.

First I would start out at the opening of the polling locations, make sure all the machines were working at certain randomly picked locations. Then at noon, I would meet up with the Knox County Sheriff's Office.  We would perform a ride along with an election commissioner and go to random polling locations to make sure that no intimidation or anything like that was occurring. Then at night I would have full visual observation clearance to observe the entire election process as the votes came in and were tabulated.

Also, we have many poll watchers at the locations getting numbers as they are being tabulated.

With this being a closed loop voting system, you can rest assure that the voting process in Knox County, is not rigged!
