Did Hillary Clinton Violate " Section 508 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the ``Act'') (47 U.S.C. § 509). Section 508(a) of the Act (47 U.S.C.. § 509(a)) provides that it is unlawful for any person, with intent to deceive the listening or viewing public:

I am going to raise the question nobody is raising. Via Wikileaks we have learned that Hillary Clinton allegedly had been given answers to the Presidental Debate.

It would appear that this is a direct violation of  "Section 508 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the ``Act'') (47 U.S.C. § 509). Section 508(a) of the Act (47 U.S.C.. § 509(a)) provides that it is unlawful for any person, with intent to deceive the listening or viewing public:"

"To supply to any contestant in a purportedly bona fide contest of intellectual knowledge or intellectual skill any special and secret assistance whereby the outcome of such contest will be in whole or in part prearranged or predetermined."

I think...

Since the Presidential election is technically open to the public. Since Donald Trump has never sought office, this law would directly apply to Hillary Clinton.

Please note, I am not a lawyer, I am just a blogger.

This is just for discussion only....
