Major Board Of Elections Meeting Monday Involving Legalizing Marijuana Question
Monday morning might be a historic day in the State of Tennessee. A referendum question will be submitted to the Knox County Board of Elections regarding Marijuana. Elections administrator, Cliff Rogers, explains what that means.
